These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the eEagle VPN Lite mobile application (“App”) developed and operated by eEagle VPN Limited, a company registered in Alberta, Canada (“Company,” “we,” or “us”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Permitted Use
You may use eEagle VPN Lite solely for personal, lawful purposes. You agree not to use the App in ways that:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe on intellectual property or other rights of others
- Distribute, share, or access illegal or harmful content
- Spread malware, viruses, or engage in hacking or cyber-attacks
- Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the integrity or performance of our App or servers
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for violations of this section.
2. User Accounts (If Applicable)
Most features of eEagle VPN Lite do not require a user account. However, if we introduce account functionality in the future, you will be responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and any activities under your account.
3. Data Collection & Privacy
We collect limited technical and diagnostic data as outlined in our Privacy Policy, which includes anonymized usage statistics and advertising identifiers for non-premium users.
- We do not log your VPN browsing activity
- We do not store IP addresses after VPN sessions
- For free users, ads may be shown through trusted third-party networks
We encourage all users to read the full Privacy Policy available within the App and on our website.
4. Advertising & Monetization
The free version of eEagle VPN Lite is supported by ads. You may see personalized or non-personalized ads depending on your device settings and consent.
We use third-party ad SDKs (e.g., Google AdMob) in compliance with Google Play policies. If you upgrade to a paid version (if available), ads may be removed.
5. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Company disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Company does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Company will not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted in the App or on our website. Continued use of the App indicates your acceptance of any updated Terms.
10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
11. App Store Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable terms of the Google Play Store (and any other store where the App is distributed).
